Breathe better and feel the difference of a truly optimized climate. Our Ultimate System Sanitization is the most comprehensive AC service we offer a 2-hour (120 mins) per unit deep dive into your system’s internal components. We target the hidden dust, mold, and bacteria that reside deep within your coils and ducts, restoring your home to a sanctuary of pure, cold air.
This service is a total overhaul of your AC’s breathing and cooling mechanics:
Full Internal Cleansing: Deep cleaning of all accessible ductwork, filters, and air vents to eliminate allergens.
Coil Restoration: Precision cleaning of indoor AC coils using specialized, coil-safe tools to improve heat exchange and cooling power.
Sanitization Strike: Targeted removal of mold and bacteria buildup using HVAC-safe, non-toxic disinfecting solutions.
Mechanical Extraction: Utilizing industrial-strength vacuums and brushes to pull out stubborn debris.
Outdoor Care (Villas Only): A thorough rinse of the outdoor condenser unit coils to ensure the entire system sheds heat efficiently.
Performance Audit: A final health check of the overall system and airflow to ensure peak operating standards.
Unit Calculation: Please book your service based on the number of thermostats in your property.
System Access: This service is designed for accessible ducts and filters. It is not suitable for units located behind permanently sealed ceilings or structural walls.
Replacements: If your filters are damaged or require replacing, please inform us in advance so our team can bring the correct spares.
Permit Readiness: To ensure a smooth 120-minute session, please arrange all necessary building or community entry permits prior to our arrival.
MEP Exclusions: Cleaning of AC Y-strainers is not included, as these are part of the internal piping system and require MEP-specific services.
We believe in the longevity of our work. If the same hygiene or airflow issue returns within 60 days, our team will return to rectify it at no additional cost.
(Note: This guarantee applies specifically to the original deep-cleaning scope and does not cover new mechanical failures or unrelated technical repairs.)
The Neatfix Standard: This isn't just a cleaning; it's a performance reset. By removing the microscopic buildup on your coils and in your ducts, we help your AC run colder, quieter, and cleaner.
