Visit Policy: If no service is performed after the inspection, a 49 AED visit charge applies. If a quote is provided but you choose not to proceed, 50% of the visit fee will be charged.
Cancellations: Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment incur a charge of 50% of the booking value.
Material Sourcing: We can help find specific parts; this typically takes 2–3 days based on market availability. If materials are unavailable in the market, the initial booking fee remains non-refundable.
Permits & Access: For any drilling on Sundays, Public Holidays, or after 5 PM (Mon–Sat), please arrange the necessary permits in advance. Ensure our technician has full access to the work area; fees apply even if access is restricted.
Booking Efficiency: A 30-minute fee applies if the service is booked but not utilized upon the technician's arrival.
Service Exclusions: This service covers visible fixtures only. It does not include water heater replacements, water pump or pressure kit work, concealed piping (behind walls), underground leak detection, or repairs for construction defects.
