Two rooms, endless possibilities. Give your home a sophisticated, high-end transformation with our expert wall painting service. The Neatfix 2-Bedroom Refresh is a comprehensive 2-day project designed to revitalize larger living spaces with a flawless finish. Whether you are upgrading your current home or preparing a property for the premium rental market, we deliver a gallery-standard result that radiates freshness.
Our specialized painting crew handles the logistics from start to finish, ensuring a stress-free experience:
Premium Material Deployment: We provide high-quality paints (Standard White or Off-White), along with professional-grade rollers and precision brushes for a smooth, streak-free application.
Property Shielding: We respect your space. Non-painted surfaces, light switches, and trim are carefully masked, while floors are shielded with heavy-duty coverings to prevent any accidental stains.
Dual-Room Wall Focus: A meticulous refresh of all interior walls across both bedrooms and connecting living spaces.
Supervised Timeline: A dedicated team lead will keep you updated on the project’s progress throughout the 48-hour window.
The Move-In Standard: This service is the gold standard for move-in/move-out transitions, instantly removing scuffs and signs of wear to restore a "brand new" atmosphere.
Property Status: Fixed pricing is available for unfurnished 2-bedroom properties. For furnished homes, a pre-service inspection is required to determine the labor needed for furniture protection and movement.
Drying & Duration: While scheduled for 2 days, the exact timeline depends on the total square footage and local ventilation, which affects paint curing times.
Quality Environment: For the safety of our crew and the perfection of the finish, we kindly request that our professionals be given a private, unobstructed workspace during the session.
Post-Service Care: To remove the fine dust associated with prep work, we strongly recommend booking a Neatfix Deep Reset once the walls are fully dry.
Ceiling Integration: Ensure your entire home looks uniform and bright by adding ceiling painting to your booking.
Custom Color Palettes: Standard service covers white or off-white. For those looking to make a statement, we offer a wide range of premium colored paints for an additional fee.
Tone Transitions: If we are painting over existing dark or vibrant colors, additional coats of primer and paint will be required to ensure total coverage; these will be quoted upon inspection.
Detailed Quotes: For homes with high ceilings, feature walls, or significant wall damage, a final bespoke quote will be provided by our team on-site.
The Neatfix Standard: We believe that quality is in the details. By using superior materials and a rigorous masking process, we ensure your 2-bedroom home feels larger, brighter, and impeccably polished.
